Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing a ticket or otherwise accessing Lynk-X ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Lynk-X is an event discovery, ticketing and community platform that connects event organizers with attendees across multiple markets. Lynk-X is a technology platform and payment intermediary; it is not the organizer, promoter or venue operator for any event listed on the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create a Lynk-X account and engage in financial transactions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and wallet PIN, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@lynk-x.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

Ticket purchases are final once payment is processed, subject to the cancellation and refund rights described in our Refund Policy. Platform service fees are non-refundable except where an event is cancelled by its organizer.

If an organizer cancels an event, ticket holders are entitled to a full refund of the ticket face value from escrowed funds. Lynk-X is not liable for travel, accommodation or other related costs incurred due to cancellations or rescheduling.

Verified ticket holders may list tickets for resale through the Platform's resale feature at or below face value. Lynk-X does not guarantee that a resale listing will find a buyer before the event or before the listing expires.

You agree not to use the Platform for fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful purposes, including ticket scalping above face value, payment fraud, or circumventing verification requirements. Violations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of pending payouts tied to the violation, and referral to law enforcement where required by law.

All content and software on the Platform are the property of Lynk-X or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer the Platform except as permitted by applicable law.

Entry to any event is subject to the venue's legal capacity limits and the Organizer's right of admission. Possession of a valid ticket does not guarantee entry if the venue has reached its maximum safe capacity or if the holder violates venue rules; in that case, see our Refund Policy for capacity-denial remedies.

Lynk-X provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lynk-X's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the total fees you paid to Lynk-X in the 12 months preceding the claim. Lynk-X is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from event cancellations, venue issues, or organizer conduct.

You agree to indemnify and hold Lynk-X, its officers, employees and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (c), if you are an Organizer, the event you host, including its safety, accuracy and legal compliance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event is hosted, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting support@lynk-x.app. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant jurisdiction's designated arbitration body, except where local law grants a non-waivable right to court action or where either party seeks injunctive relief to prevent misuse of intellectual property or the Platform.

To list paid events, you must hold a verified Organizer account with approved KYC status. This section applies specifically to users acting as Organizers on the Platform.

Lynk-X charges a flat 5% commission on each paid ticket sold, deducted automatically from ticket revenue at the time of sale. This covers payment processing and platform support. Current fee rates are also published on our Pricing page and may be updated with notice as described in Section 21.

Ticket revenue is held in escrow until your event is marked complete, then released to your organizer wallet within 72 hours, subject to standard fraud and compliance review. Most payouts are released same-day; 72 hours is the maximum ordinary processing window, not a guaranteed delay. Payouts may be held longer where a dispute, chargeback investigation or anti-money-laundering (AML) review is in progress.

Organizers are solely responsible for event accuracy, safety and compliance with local laws and tax obligations. Lynk-X is not an event organizer and has no liability for event execution, venue safety or on-the-ground conduct.

Lynk-X reserves the right to grant authorized staff or representatives complimentary access to any event for quality assurance, safety monitoring or technical support purposes.

Organizers are solely responsible for determining, collecting and remitting all applicable taxes (including VAT/sales tax) to the relevant authorities. Lynk-X may be required to report payout data to tax authorities in some jurisdictions and will notify affected Organizers where applicable.

Organizers must handle attendee data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Use of such data for unsolicited marketing is strictly prohibited.

Lynk-X uses a tiered identity-verification (KYC) model to manage compliance and fraud risk. Different tiers grant access to varying financial limits and platform capabilities (e.g., ticket sales, payout amounts). Verification review times vary by jurisdiction and volume and are not guaranteed; you will be notified in-app once a review is complete. Users are responsible for providing accurate and current information to maintain their tier status.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect; continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
