1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a ticket or otherwise accessing Lynk-X ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Platform Description
Lynk-X is an event discovery, ticketing and community platform that connects event organizers with attendees across multiple markets.
3. Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age to create a Lynk-X account and engage in financial transactions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Ticket Purchases
Ticket purchases are final once payment is processed. While ticket face values may be refundable under specific conditions, platform service fees are generally non-refundable.
5. Event Cancellations
If an organizer cancels an event, ticket holders are entitled to a refund of the ticket face value from escrowed funds. Lynk-X is not liable for travel, accommodation or other related costs incurred due to cancellations.
6. Peer-to-Peer Resale
Verified ticket holders may list tickets for resale through the Platform's resale feature at or below face value.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform for fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful purposes. Violations may result in account suspension.
8. Intellectual Property
All content and software on the Platform are the property of Lynk-X or its licensors.
9. Admission and Capacity
Entry to any event is subject to the venue's legal capacity limits and the Organizer's right of admission. Possession of a valid ticket does not guarantee entry if the venue has reached its maximum safe capacity or if the holder violates venue rules.
10. Limitation of Liability
Lynk-X provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lynk-X shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits or damages resulting from event cancellations or venue issues.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Lynk-X harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event is hosted. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless otherwise required by law.
13. Organizer Eligibility
To list events, you must hold a verified Organizer account. This section applies specifically to users acting as Organizers on the Platform.
14. Fees & Commissions
Lynk-X charges a flat 5% commission on each paid ticket sold. This covers payment processing and platform support. These fees are deducted automatically from ticket revenue.
15. Payout Schedule
Funds are held in escrow until 72 hours after your event is successfully completed, then released to your wallet for withdrawal to ensure a dispute-free settlement process.
16. Organizer Responsibility
Organizers are solely responsible for event accuracy, safety and compliance with local laws and tax obligations. Lynk-X is not an event organizer and has no liability for event execution.
17. Platform Access Rights
Lynk-X reserves the right to grant authorized staff or representatives exclusive, complimentary access to any event for quality assurance, safety monitoring or technical support purposes.
18. Taxes and Compliance
Organizers are solely responsible for determining, collecting and remitting all applicable taxes (including VAT) to the relevant authorities.
19. Attendee Data Handling
Organizers must handle attendee data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Use of such data for unsolicited marketing is strictly prohibited.
20. Verification Tiers
Lynk-X uses a tiered verification model to ensure compliance and safety. Different tiers provide access to varying financial limits and platform capabilities (e.g., ticket sales, payouts). Users are responsible for providing accurate and current information to maintain their tier status.
