1. Refund Eligibility
100% refund if requested 7 or more days before the event start; 50% refund if requested between 48 hours and 7 days before the event; no refund for self-cancellations made within 48 hours of the event, except where required by local law.
2. Event Cancellations
Full refunds are automatically processed for all ticket holders if an event is cancelled by the organizer. Refunds are issued from escrowed ticket revenue and do not require a request.
3. Refund Process
Refunds to your Lynk-X wallet are typically available within minutes. Refunds to an external payment method or bank account may take 1-5 business days depending on your payment processor and country.
4. Capacity Denial
If you are denied entry solely because the venue reached its legal capacity, and you arrived within the check-in window specified for the event, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket face value.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Platform service fees are non-refundable except where an event is cancelled by the organizer. Lynk-X is not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs related to attending an event.
